 ormative courses for clergy and lay leaders across Canada.\n\nEngaging the
  Community: Empowering Leaders to Embrace God’s Mission in Local Context
 s\nMondays\, April 13 – June 8 (no class May 18) | 2 pm – 4 pm EST\nLe
 d by Dr. Emily Hill and The Rev. Canon Dr. Ian Mobsby\, this course equips
  lay leaders and deacons to confidently connect with their local neighbour
 hoods. Participants will gain practical tools and hands-on experience in l
 istening deeply and discerning how God is already at work in their communi
 ties. Parish groups are strongly encouraged to attend together.\nRhythms o
 f Missional Spirituality\nWednesdays\, April 15 – June 3 | 10 am – 12 
 pm EST\nLed by Dr. Mark Dunwoody\, this course draws on centuries of Chris
 tian spiritual formation and soul care to help leaders thrive in a changin
 g world. Organized into three sections—Personal\, Leadership\, and Corpo
 rate Rhythms—participants will deepen their inner life\, build resilienc
 e\, and develop the capacity to guide communities with empathy and vision.
